What You’ll Do

• Deliver general urologic care with opportunities to develop niche clinical interests (reconstructive experience welcome but not required)
• Step into thriving practices with immediate patient volume and optimized clinic flow
• Perform surgeries and procedures with robust APP and support staff assistance
• Equitable call schedules designed for a sustainable work-life blend
• See 25 - 35 patients per clinic day in busy, established practice

Who We’re Looking For

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologists
• Open to both experienced physicians and those finishing training—no fellowship required
• Team players committed to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and collaborative growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Two-year guaranteed base salary and rewarding production model
• Two-year partnership opportunity with no buy-in
