Join Our Team as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Delivering Exceptional Anesthesia Care

Required Skills:
- Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure
- Proven experience in providing anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
- Knowledge of anesthesia protocols, medications, and equipment
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and under supervision as part of a care team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with robotic procedures and specialized cases
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
- Familiarity with Medically supervised, care team model practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesiology from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of active practice as a CRNA within a hospital setting
- Experience supporting multiple ORs and complex case mixes
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work a flexible schedule comprising 3 or 4, 12-hour shifts, including night shifts (variable week to week)
- Must support all-inclusive CRNA rates incorporating travel and lodging when applicable
- Commitment to adhering to all relevant state, federal, and local regulations
- Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications
