This full-time role offers a stimulating environment, a collaborative atmosphere, and the chance to work with state-of-the-art facilities supporting 7 operating rooms, GI treatment rooms, a Bronchoscopy room, and a Cath lab. Required Skills:

• Valid and current CRNA certification and licensure
• Proven experience in providing anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients
• Knowledge of anesthesia protocols, medications, and equipment
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and under supervision as part of a care team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with robotic procedures and specialized cases
• Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication
• Familiarity with Medically supervised, care team model practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesiology from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of active practice as a CRNA within a hospital setting
• Experience supporting multiple ORs and complex case mixes

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule comprising 3 or 4, 12-hour shifts, including night shifts (variable week to week)
• Must support all-inclusive CRNA rates incorporating travel and lodging when applicable
• Commitment to adhering to all relevant state, federal, and local regulations
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications
