In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering comprehensive orthopaedic services, including clinic and operating room coverage, with opportunities to extend your skills into total joint procedures. Required Skills:

• Active Orthopaedic Surgery license and OR DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
• BLS certification
• Ability to perform both clinical and surgical duties efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various schedules, including block weeks or part-time options

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with total joint procedures
• Ability to perform minor procedures and assist in complex surgeries
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Prior experience in a locum or temporary role

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an orthopaedic surgery residency
• Minimum of 1 year of post-residency clinical experience

Other Requirements:

• Must hold an active Oregon medical license and OR DEA registration (license renewal not required)
• Willingness to complete privileging within 90 days of start date
• Flexibility to cover call shifts, including weekends (optional but available)
• Ability to guarantee 8 hours per day with overtime after 8 hours

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a robust referral bonus program.
