Remote admissions across multiple Wisconsin regions
Location: St. Lukes Professional Office Building/ Zilber
Lead initial patient prognosis reviews, medication and treatment assessments, and goals of care discussions, collaborating closely with multiple teams at the Zilber hospice facility.
Teaching opportunities with Aurora Palliative Fellowship
