Required Skills:
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in family medicine or psychiatric settings
- Ability to practice independently according to Massachusetts licensing requirements
- CPI (Crisis Prevention and Intervention) training completed or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle remote on-call responsibilities efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working in inpatient psychiatric units
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
- Experience with telehealth platforms
- Knowledge of mental health protocols and emergency response procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or higher degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
- Active Massachusetts license and certification
- Proven experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with remote beeper call coverage during weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Availability to work intermittently over a one-year period
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for remote communication
