Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the relevant state or jurisdiction
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Proven experience in outpatient primary care settings
• Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
• Knowledge of population health management strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in family medicine
• Relevant state licensure and board certification

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or before March 18, 2026
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Travel reimbursements and other applicable reimbursements for licensure and certification fees

Compensation for this position is $1.00 per hour, alongside competitive benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick time consistent with applicable laws, and a robust referral bonus program.
