Advanced Practice Provider – Primary Care (NP or PA)
As a Primary Care APP at Martin’s Point, you will work as a key member of a collaborative care team providing patient-centered, compassionate, and comprehensive care.
- Independent or Shared Panel - ready to adopt!
- 18-21 PPD
- $159K (base,wRVU,PMPM)
- 9 Providers - 4 APP & 6 FM MD/DO
- FT or PT schedules, open to shared positions.
