Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Required Skills:
- Active North Carolina State RN and CRNA licensure
- Board Certification as a CRNA
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in anesthesia care (no new graduates)
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications
- Ability to float between multiple clinical locations, including Moses Cone and NORA sites
- Proficient in using Drager anesthesia machines and Philips patient monitoring systems
- Flexibility to work 5x8-hour shifts, Monday and Friday shifts prioritized
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with cardiovascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia cases
- Knowledge of EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with advanced anesthesia equipment and procedures in high-acuity settings
Preferred Education and Experience: - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
- 1-2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting, with experience in multiple surgical specialties including ortho, gyn, ENT, vascular, thoracic, and trauma
Other Requirements: - Willing to license for a compact license (no full state license required upon hire)
- Ability to work flexible schedules with no consecutive days off, including some holiday coverage with enhanced pay rates
- Must be willing to float between different departments and locations as needed
- Must pass credentialing process within 60-90 days
- Travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable
