Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Neurological Surgery
• Active California Medical License and DEA
• FLURO Certification (valid or temporary)
• Proven experience in neurosurgical procedures, including complex spine cases
• Ability to provide detailed case logs and recent clinical activity
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Capable of maintaining a clean professional record, with no unresolved licensure or credential issues

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience with hospital privileging processes
• Familiarity with high-acuity case management
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical settings and schedules
• Strong organizational skills for managing documentation and compliance requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required)
• 2+ years of current hospital clinical activity in neurosurgery
• Recent case volume of at least 100 relevant cases within the past 24 months

Other Requirements:

• Availability to cover specified dates, including weekends and night calls
• Flexibility for variable clinic and on-call duties
• Must submit comprehensive case logs and verifications during the privileging process
• Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
