- Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Leadership role supervising 20 nurse practitioners and 1 psychologist
- 100% outpatient practice with 16 patients per day
- 60-minute initial evaluations and 15-20 minute med checks
- Board certification and 4+ years leadership experience required
- Option to work from Albuquerque location
- Active New Mexico license or ability to obtain required
