About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in Urgent Care, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience.? In this role you will support the Insta-Care locations. Your primary clinic will be Southridge Clinic at Riverton - Insta-Care and youwill also be credentialed with all 11 local clinical sites as needed. Our Insta-Care Clinics are open every day throughout the year.

  • This position provides up to $7,500?in relocation assistance where eligible

  • Your work schedule will be 12 (twelve) x 12-hour shifts per month

  • No on-call duties, approximately 1/3 of shifts will assist in covering weekends

  • 2+ years urgent care/ED experience

What youll bring:

  • APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

  • Board certification or eligibility

  • 2 + Years of post graduate APP Experience required

  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

  • Active DEA License

  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process

  • BLS Certification
