We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Anesthesiology Physician to provide exceptional anesthesia services at a reputable community-based hospital. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1-year post-residency anesthesia experience
• Valid DEA and CSR licenses
• Ability to perform regional anesthesia techniques
• Competent in managing own cases or working in a supervising/care team model
• Comfortable with OB anesthesia coverage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and reliably follow protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in trauma settings
• Familiarity with community hospital procedures
• Previous experience in OB anesthesia, including initiating sections
• Ability to adapt to various shifts and on-call responsibilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Active Idaho license or IMLC eligibility
• At least 1 year of post-residency anesthesia practice

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a minimum of 2 full weeks per month; preference for full-time availability
• Availability to cover scheduled shifts at Boise and occasional coverage at Nampa
• Flexibility to work scheduled nights, weekends, and call shifts, including night float and pager call
• Valid medical license and DEA/CSR credentials
• Willingness to support community hospital operations, including OB, without cardiac, transplants, or complex pediatrics
