Join Our Team as an Anesthesiology Physician – Provide Critical Care and Make a Difference

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Anesthesiology Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team. Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of post-residency anesthesiology experience
  • Valid medical license in Idaho or eligible for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
  • DEA registration and current CSR certification
  • Proficiency in performing own cases or working within a supervision/care team model
  • Comfortable with regional anesthesia and OB anesthesia, with no involvement in cardiac, transplant, or complex pediatric cases

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in Level II trauma settings
  • Ability to start OB sections independently
  • Flexibility to cover multiple locations, including Boise and Nampa
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree with residency training in Anesthesiology
  • At least one year of post-residency clinical experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to cover a variety of shifts, including weekdays, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to work at least two full weeks per month, with preference given to full-month coverage candidates
  • Valid Idaho licensure or qualifications for Idaho licensure via IMLC
  • Must hold current DEA and CSR certifications
  • Availability for shift work, including in-house nights, weekends, and pre-call duties
