Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Valid PA medical license
- ACLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage diverse patient populations across all ages
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in cardiac anesthesia
- Trauma or Level I Trauma Hospital experience
- Additional certifications related to cardiac or vascular anesthesia
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO)
- Residency training in anesthesiology with specific experience in cardiac procedures
- Proven track record of working with complex patient cases in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including 4-5 days/week (10-hour shifts)
- Willingness to undergo credentialing within approximately 90 days (expedited options available with leadership approval)
- No DEA license required
This position offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $395.39, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses when applicable.
