You will collaborate with dedicated specialists to provide expert outpatient care, conduct inpatient consultations, and participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards, all while enjoying a supportive environment designed to foster your professional growth.

What We Require:

  • Board Certification, with double board certification preferred
  • Active PA medical license or willingness to pursue licensure via IMLC
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience (less experienced providers considered)
  • Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform port access procedures; bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures not required
  • Willingness to participate in call rotation, including weekend and night shifts
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in outpatient infusion therapy, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, IVIG
  • Prior participation in tumor boards
  • Familiarity with Nuance dictation systems
  • Experience with community-based oncology care

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology
  • At least 2 years of post-fellowship clinical practice

Other Requirements:
  • DOE as per experience; compensation at $498.86/hour
  • Full-time commitment, with schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, supported by a multidisciplinary team including NP and virtual hematologist
  • Scheduled inpatient and outpatient consultations, with minimal non-clinical admin time
  • Participation in hospital rounding, urgent patient care, and infusion activities at the outpatient clinics
