We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Surgery Vascular Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional care in a dynamic vascular surgery setting. Required Skills:
- Board Certification (BC or BE) in Vascular Surgery
- Valid PA License
- DEA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year experience in vascular care (surgical experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with bypass or amputations procedures
- Familiarity with hospital rounds and outpatient clinic operations
- Experience in consult and hospital ward care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- At least one year practicing as a Vascular Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work every other week on Wednesdays, 10-hour day shifts (07:00 – 17:00)
- Willingness to undergo credentialing within 90 days; temporary practitioners with a clean file are welcome
- Commitment to high-quality patient care in a hospital with 150 beds
- Travel and other reimbursable expenses covered when applicable
