Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the state of practice
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR), specifically EPIC
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and compliance with all regulations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior leadership or medical director experience
• Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols and inpatient rehabilitation services
• Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
• Additional certifications relevant to rehabilitation medicine

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years post-residency clinical experience in PM&R
• Current board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Other Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted medical license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends as scheduled
• Willingness to participate in on-call and emergency coverage as needed
• Valid certifications and compliance with healthcare regulations

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour
