Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Chief of Gynecology to provide clinical leadership and oversight for their gynecology department of an Article 28 Facility in New York, NY. This leadership position combines administrative responsibilities with clinical practice in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Licensure: Active New York State Medical License
• Certification: Board Certified in Gynecology/OB-GYN
• Experience: 2-3 years clinical experience post-fellowship; proven leadership or management experience preferred
• Technical Skills: Advanced gynecological procedures, surgical expertise
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team management, strategic planning, excellent communication

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the gynecology department
• Maintain active clinical practice and patient care
• Mentor and supervise gynecology staff and providers
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Participate in strategic planning and program development
• Manage departmental resources and budgets
