Radiation Oncology Specialist

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Radiation Oncology
• Proven experience in delivering radiation therapy treatments
• Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and equipment operation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to assess patient needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Proficient in the latest radiation oncology technology and software

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with emerging radiation therapy modalities
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications in advanced radiation techniques or oncology

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Medical Physics, Radiation Oncology, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting
• Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary oncology team

Other Requirements:

• Must hold valid licensure and certifications required by state and federal laws
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training sessions
• Travel reimbursements and additional allowances provided as applicable

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
