Radiation Oncology Specialist

Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Radiation Oncology
- Proven experience in delivering radiation therapy treatments
- Strong understanding of radiation safety protocols and equipment operation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to assess patient needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Proficient in the latest radiation oncology technology and software
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with emerging radiation therapy modalities
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in advanced radiation techniques or oncology
Preferred Education and Experience: - Doctorate or Master’s degree in Medical Physics, Radiation Oncology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting
- Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary oncology team
Other Requirements: - Must hold valid licensure and certifications required by state and federal laws
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training sessions
- Travel reimbursements and additional allowances provided as applicable
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
