Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid medical license in the relevant state or jurisdiction
- Proven clinical skills in obstetric and gynecological care
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practices
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Participation in research or scholarly activities in OB-GYN
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice post-residency
- Prior experience working in hospital or outpatient settings
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
- Up-to-date certifications in BLS and ACLS
- Willingness to travel for required rotations or professional development when applicable
