Role & Responsibilities
As a Primary Care Physician, you will:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a panel of Veterans
- Manage chronic disease, preventative care, acute issues, and care coordination
- Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and behavioral health specialists
- Use the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model to deliver whole?person, Veteran?centered care
- Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- MD or DO with completed residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Unrestricted license in any U.S. state or territory
- Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
