Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Family Medicine
• Ability to see patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems, preferably Epic
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care and adhering to clinical guidelines

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in primary care settings
• Familiarity with Epic training and implementation
• Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse populations
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care
• Prior experience with Epic EMR system is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Successful completion of Epic training (training scheduled biweekly, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) following credentialing
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• Must meet all state and federal licensing requirements; travel and certification reimbursements are provided where applicable
