Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in the relevant state
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training in Hematology and Oncology
• Proven clinical experience managing complex hematologic and oncologic cases
• Strong diagnostic and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care abilities
• Ability to adapt to evolving medical technologies and treatment protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with clinical research or ongoing trials in hematology or oncology
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Multilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in hematology and oncology
• Prior experience in a hospital or academic medical center environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential weekend or evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
• Travel reimbursements and licensing/certification expenses covered as applicable
