About this role:
This position includes a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (if applicable)
You will practice at the American Fork Hospital & American Fork Specialty Clinic
You can anticipate 2 days per week in clinic, dedicated in-office and 2 days OR surgical time
Some patient-preferred hours will be required with local community travel requirements in Utah County
Orthopedic 1 and 6 call required for level 3 trauma patients; compensation offered for call requirement
Local ASC with potential to participate
An ideal candidate will have experience or interest with D1 athletics or professional sporting team coverage and completed their CAQ in Orthopedic Sports Medicine.

What youll bring:
Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree; or equivalent if education is completed outside the United States
Completion of graduate fellowship medical education training program in Orthopedic Surgery with a CAQ board certification in Sports Medicine
Graduate education must be obtained through an ACGME or AOA accredited institution
ABMS or equivalent AOA Board Certification in the specialty(s) or subspecialty(s) of practice
Fellowship in Orthopedics Sports Medicine and completion of CAQ
Active Medical Licensure, or in process of obtaining licensure, is required in the state in which physician will practice
Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
DEA Registration schedules II-V
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
