• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Call, 24-hour shifts
• 24 hour call coverage with 8 hours of rounding
• Average number of 9 ICU patients per day per provider
• Bronchoscopy, central lines, intubation
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
