About the Practice:

• Clinical Autonomy: Manage a panel with a 50% geriatric concentration and a focus on chronic needs, mental health, and ADHD. This is an "IM-style" family practice (adolescents and up) that bypasses pediatric immunization requirements.
• Administrative Relief: Exceptional support staff to Provider ratio plus additional nursing staff dedicated to Medicare Wellness/Quality Measures. In addition, we have a part-time NP who handles the majority of chart reviews and documentation summaries.
• Independent Culture: A sanctuary for those who value holistic integration and patient choice. This is a non-corporate, community-centric culture where your clinical intuition and ethics are respected.
• Work-Life Synergy: A well balanced 4-day clinical schedule (Mon-Thu) with no weekends or evenings.
