• 2 full days and 1 half day per week
• 10 - 15 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic
• 1 nurse practitioner for collaborative agreement
• Injectable medication oversight required
• Adult dual diagnosis and personality disorders
• Must work at both locations in person
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
