Required Skills
- Valid PA or NP license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in orthopedic patient management
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Nice to Have Skills
- Certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Sports Medicine
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced outpatient or surgical setting
- Ability to assist in minor procedures
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic or sports medicine settings
- Familiarity with the latest orthopedic treatment protocols
Other Requirements
- Local candidates only; candidates must be able to commute reliably
- Compliance with all licensure and certification requirements
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Willing to participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
