Nurse Practitioner - Neurology

St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Ellis Hospital Neuroscience Inpatient Team. Ellis Neurology provides comprehensive care for a wide range of neurological conditions. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-acuity, nationally recognized neuroscience program.

New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Individuals with interest or experience in Neuroscience a plus!

Position Details:

• Admit patients requiring neurology or neurosurgery services and facilitate discharges
• Provide diagnostic care throughout the patient’s inpatient hospitalization under the attending physician supervision
• Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary teams
• Perform diagnostic procedures including lumbar puncture and lumbar drain insertion
• 7 on 7 off days schedule with inpatient only responsibilities

Requirements:

• Current New York State NP or PA licensure
• DEA registration required
• Board certification

Competitive Compensation:

St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates offers a comprehensive compensation package, including:

• Compensation range: $136,203–$152,547 commensurate with experience
• Competitive salary with starting bonus
• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality or performance incentives, extra shift incentives, or other forms of cash compensation as applicable. Salary range provided in accordance with State law and subject to variation based on experience and other factors.
