Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive endocrine patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and thyroid disorders with professionalism and expertise.
• Educate patients on management strategies and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Ensure quality care delivery in alignment with organizational standards and protocols.

Required Skills:

• Valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with specialization or experience in Endocrinology.
• Proven clinical experience in endocrine or similar specialties.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in Endocrinology or additional relevant certifications.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
• Experience with telehealth services.
• Familiarity with related medical technologies and treatment modalities.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience in endocrinology or related fields.
• Active state licensure and DEA certification.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, primarily based out of the Gwinnett facility.
• Willingness to travel for professional development or program needs, if applicable.
• Valid and current medical licenses and certifications required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards.
