THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Outpatient-only | Monday–Thursday 8–5 | Friday 8–12
- 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly
- Call shared 1:6, after-hours triaged by nurse line
- Dedicated nurse and full support team
- EMR: Cerner with Dragon dictation + Ambient AI
DAY-TO-DAY:
- 20–25 patients per day (average)
- Comprehensive outpatient pediatrics for patients from birth through adolescence
- Preventive care and well-child visits, immunizations, sports physicals, and school health evaluations
- Sick visits and same-day acute care
- Chronic condition management and follow-up care
- In-office services: routine immunizations, vision/hearing screenings, and age-appropriate health screenings, etc.

- $20k+ sign-on bonus
- Competitive base salary (typically MGMA median) + WRVU incentives
