Trinity Health is seeking a BC/BE Hand & Plastic Surgeon to join a well-established and growing surgical team in Minot, North Dakota. This is a unique opportunity to develop and lead a comprehensive Hand Surgery program while maintaining a plastic surgery practice supported by a strong regional referral network. With established referral relationships and access to dedicated therapy services, the incoming surgeon will have the ability to build a robust hand and upper extremity practice serving patients across northwest North Dakota, eastern Montana, and southern Canada.
Practice Highlights:
- State-of-the-art facility built in 2023; Level II Trauma Center
- Comprehensive hand practice with elective and acute care opportunities
- Reconstructive and plastic surgery procedures based on physician interests and expertise
- Acute hand and upper extremity trauma coverage
- Strong referral base from Orthopedics, Primary Care, Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, and regional providers
- Block OR time available
- Established therapy services including PT, OT, and Certified Hand Therapy
- Opportunity to develop and expand a regional Hand Surgery program
- Shared call with supportive surgical team
- Leadership and program development opportunities available
Qualifications:
- MD/DO who is BC/BE in Plastic Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Hand Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in North Dakota
- Strong interest in building and growing a regional hand and upper extremity program
- Collaborative and patient-centered approach
