Patient Volume: 37,000

Specialties: Full-service outpatient center with diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation services

Coverage Model: 12-hour shifts, 10 shifts per month | 20-hour mid-level coverage

Number of Beds: 154 hospital beds

Acuity: Medium

EMR: Meditech

Admissions/Transfers: 10% admission rate

Qualifications

Licensure: Arkansas medical license (or ability to obtain)

Board Certification: ABEM

Experience: Prior EM experience required

Skills & Procedures: Broad EM skills set appropriate for a critical access facility

Badges: ATLS, BLS, PALS

About Conway Regional Medical Center EM: Located in Conway, Arkansas, Conway Regional Medical Center is an acute care 154 bed not-for-profit hospital. It provides a complete range of diagnostic imaging with the latest technology. The hospital provides full service outpatient center with diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation services.

Conway, Arkansas is home to three institutions of higher education, making the city's population relatively young and well educated. A majority of the residents do not commute out of the city for work. Conway is about half an hour north of Little Rock and about 2 and half hours west of Memphis, Tennessee.
