Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling, including option for a 4-day work week
• 36 patient contact hours + 4 admin hours (1.0 FTE)
• Practice supported by EPIC EMR

• Milwaukee/Racine Area: Waukesha, Franklin, Wauwatosa, Sussex, Greenfield, and more
• Fox Valley/Oshkosh Area: Koeller St, 9th Ave, Calumet, Richmond St, Winneconne Clinic
• Open to teaching opportunities (optional)
• Growth and replacement positions within an expanding system

Position Requirements

• MD or DO 
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Wisconsin Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• Interest in practicing in a community-focused, outpatient setting
