Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license in the state
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, preferably Epic

Nice to Have Skills:

• prior experience in outpatient primary care settings
• Familiarity with Epic training certifications
• Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills to serve diverse populations
• Additional certifications in specialties or subspecialties

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical practice
• Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm in the clinic
• Save your preferred location close to your home during submission
• Epic training schedule every other week from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (training occurs after credentialing and before start date)
• Ability to work at the designated clinic location
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with all applicable health regulations and standards
