About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Providerin Palliative Medicine you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.?In this role, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team to deliver patient-centered care that supports and advances patient-defined health goals.

  • You will practice at our Utah Valley Palliative Care Clinic

  • Your schedule will me Monday - Friday, 8a-4p

  • This role is a clinic based role, withoccasionalcoverageon the inpatient team

What youll bring:

  • APRN or PA-C degreefrom an accredited program

  • 1-2 years of experience in specialty care, Palliative preferred

  • No New Grads, Please

  • Active, unobstructedUtahmedical license, or the ability to obtain one

  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
