You will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating gastrointestinal conditions, performing procedures in the Endoscopy Suite, and providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care. Required Skills:

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology
• Proven experience in endoscopic procedures and gastrointestinal diagnostics
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with hospital procedures, patient rounding, and night call responsibilities

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced endoscopic techniques or research in gastroenterology
• Previous hospital-based or academic practice background
• Bilingual proficiency to serve diverse patient populations
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience in gastroenterology
• Valid medical license in the state of practice; ongoing credentialing and privileges

Other Requirements:

• Availability for May 18-22 coverage as specified
• Willingness to participate in night call rotations
• Submission of all pre-hire requirements, including background check and drug screening, as per institutional policy
• Ability to adhere to facility-specific credentialing and administrative processes
