Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner with Arizona licensure
  • Board Certified in your specialty
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant acute care experience
  • ATLS certification is required
  • Proficiency in Cerner EMR system
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills in a high-acuity trauma setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in surgical trauma ICU or critical care environments
  • Prior experience in Level 1 trauma centers
  • Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing or higher
  • Demonstrated expertise in trauma and critical care nursing
  • At least 2 years of post-credentialing experience in a trauma setting

Other Requirements:
  • Night shift availability (5 p.m. to 7 a.m.) with potential for additional shifts
  • Ability to credential within approximately 30 days
  • Valid DEA registration for prescribing medications
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
