Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Rheumatology with a solid understanding of rheumatologic conditions
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capable of floating between two locations as needed
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and other clinical software

Nice to Have Skills:

• Board certification in Rheumatology
• Previous experience working in a multi-site healthcare setting
• Familiarity with the latest rheumatology treatment protocols and guidelines
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Valid medical license in the applicable state
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency clinical experience in Rheumatology

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Flexibility to float between two assigned locations
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all licensing and certification requirements
• Willingness to adhere to all organizational policies and protocols
• Travel reimbursement available when applicable
