Required Skills:
- Proven experience in radiation therapy procedures and treatment planning
- Strong knowledge of oncology protocols and safety standards
- Proficiency with radiation treatment planning software and medical equipment
- Excellent patient communication and compassionate care delivery
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Effective documentation and record-keeping skills
- Must hold valid licensure and certifications in radiation oncology
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with emerging radiation technologies and modalities
- Additional certifications in related oncology specialties
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Prior experience in fast-paced clinical settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation oncology clinical practice
- Board certification or eligibility in radiation oncology is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Ability to participate in occasional travel for training or professional development
- Relevant state licensure and certification requirements met
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety regulations
