Required Skills:

• Proven experience in radiation therapy procedures and treatment planning
• Strong knowledge of oncology protocols and safety standards
• Proficiency with radiation treatment planning software and medical equipment
• Excellent patient communication and compassionate care delivery
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Effective documentation and record-keeping skills
• Must hold valid licensure and certifications in radiation oncology

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with emerging radiation technologies and modalities
• Additional certifications in related oncology specialties
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Prior experience in fast-paced clinical settings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiation oncology clinical practice
• Board certification or eligibility in radiation oncology is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Ability to participate in occasional travel for training or professional development
• Relevant state licensure and certification requirements met
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety regulations
