Sanford Health has an immediate opening for a BC/BE Family Medicine to practice in Thief River Falls, Minnesota.
Full time busy clinic practice of 15-20 outpatients per weekday
Practice is primarily outpatient
Several Sanford Family Medicine physicians
Each Family Medicine Physician is assigned a nurse,
office & 2 exam rooms
Pediatric call rotation for the hospital at 1:5
Thief River Falls qualifies as a HPSA site
$60 million Critical access hospital and medical center built in 2014 with spacious OR & Same Day facility

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
