Required Skills

• Valid medical doctor (MD) license in the state of practice
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across all age groups
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Additional certifications in areas such as geriatrics, preventive care, or chronic disease management
• Experience working in outpatient clinic settings

Preferred Education and Experience

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care
• Prior experience working in community health settings is a plus

Other Requirements

• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week with a 1-hour lunch break
• Availability to start by June 22, 2026
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations
