Advocate Health Navicent Medical Group (AHNMG) is seeking 2 Pediatric Intensivists to join a well-established team in central Georgia. 

Position Highlights:

Well Established---

• Join a team that includes 6 Pediatric intensivists and the support of full-time pediatric nurse practitioners.

Collaborative Environment—

• Collaborate with colleagues within the Advocate Health System which includes Levine Children's Hospital, Brenner Children’s Hospital and Advocate Children’s Hospitals.
• State of the art outpatient procedural sedation unit with 1200-1300 annual sedations performed by intensivists.
• The program is supported by a dedicated Pediatric Emergency Department with 24/7 access to pediatric subspecialty consultation, ensuring comprehensive care for complex and high acuity patients.

Continued Learning & Growth—

• Simulation lab supports ongoing education, skills maintenance, and interdisciplinary team training, reinforcing a strong culture of safety and clinical excellence.

Teaching Opportunities—

• Be involved in teaching residents and medical students at Mercer University School of Medicine.
• Academic appointment and promotion opportunity with Mercer University School of Medicine

• Full-time position with a competitive compensation package, inclusive of performance incentives. Ideal Candidate:

• BC/BE in Pediatric Critical Care
• Active Georgia License or ability to obtain.

Atrium Health Levine Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital is the regions only dedicated pediatric hospital and one of the largest pediatric providers in the State. Serving Beverly Knight Olson Children's Hospital includes 4 dedicated pediatric operating rooms, 22 beds dedicated to general pediatrics, a 70-bed neonatal intensive care unit, 11 bed pediatric intensive care unit and a 10-bed pediatric intermediate care unit. We have dedicated pediatric critical care and pediatric hospitalist teams and a pediatric outpatient procedural area with a full range of pediatric diagnostic services.

Macon, Georgia is situated 1 hour south of metropolitan Atlanta airport and within driving distance to the mountains and barrier islands of Georgia and with easy access to the Atlanta/Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport allowing for direct connections worldwide.
