- Requires Board certification/eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine
- 4.5 days a week; clinic hours are 8:30 AM- 3:30 PM with half-days on Friday
- Clinic locations are in North Charleston and Moncks Corner
- Age 18+ population
- Weekend practice phone call is 1 in 6
