Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a Rheumatology Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient specialty team at Wellness Park.
Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only Rheumatology practice
- Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians
- Rheumatology experience preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered)
- Average volume: 12-15 patients/day
- Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
- Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions
- Cerner EMR, AI-assisted charting
Compensation & Benefits (40 hours/week)
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 (based on experience)
- Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time
- wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 - $20,000+ annually
- CME / Board Certification Allowance: $3,500 per year
