Job Title: Pediatrics - Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team for a coverage period starting July 13, 2026, through July 28, 2026, with potential for ongoing assignments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex neonatal conditions, including respiratory distress syndrome, intrauterine growth restriction, jaundice, and sepsis. You will provide essential guidance and emotional support to families during high-stress situations, ensuring clear communication and compassionate care for critically ill newborns.
Responsibilities:
- Perform procedures such as intubation, chest tube placement, central line placements, paracentesis, spinal taps, and exchange transfusions.
- Manage thermal cooling therapy and ventilator support, including oscillators and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal neonatal care.
- Support families with guidance and emotional assistance during challenging circumstances.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree with board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Experience managing neonatal critical care cases.
- Ability to perform advanced neonatal procedures proficiently.
- Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills.
Shift Details:
- Date: July 13, 2026, to July 28, 2026
- Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 AM (24-hour coverage)
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
