Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Hematology/Oncology care is essential
- Active or IMLC medical license in good standing
- DEA certification required
- Board certification in relevant specialty preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills: - Cellular Therapy experience
- Prior inpatient Hematology/Oncology experience
- Experience with complex treatment protocols and patient management
Preferred Education and Experience: - Master's or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (NP) from an accredited program
- At least 2 years of hematology/oncology clinical experience
- Prior experience with cellular therapy treatments is a plus
Other Requirements: - Availability to start ASAP and commit through 12/31/2026
- Willingness to work the outpatient clinic schedule from 9 am to 5 pm
- Must meet all licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements
- Compensation at $1.00/hour, with benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and travel reimbursements where applicable
