Required Skills:
- Active Kentucky Medical License
- Enrolled/Credentialed in Medicard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to see both pediatric and adult patients comfortably
- Strong assessment skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with telehealth technology and home visits
- Ability to perform risk assessments and chronic condition reviews
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with telehealth platforms
- Knowledge of Medicaid and insurance processes
- Experience in home health or primary care settings
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree or higher in Nursing (NP program accreditation preferred)
- At least 1-2 years of NP experience in primary or family care preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Other Requirements:
- Must be comfortable performing both telehealth and in-home visits within a 30-mile radius
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with scheduled days released 2-3 weeks in advance
- Equipment will be provided and mailed to you
- 1–3 hours of paid orientation; ongoing education within working hours
- Willingness to handle a schedule averaging 6-7 patients daily, with flexibility based on appointment cancellations
