Responsibilities
Provide mental health treatment to inpatient adult patients
Administer medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based treatments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, and support staff for comprehensive care delivery
Employ evidence-based practices to ensure quality care
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 subject to experience

Qualifications
Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Mental Health
3-5 year of experience as a PMHNP
Active and valid license to practice in Washington, DC
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
