Required Skills:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license and national certification in critical care or acute care
- Proven experience working in ICU, Critical Care, or Emergency settings
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with advanced ICU equipment and monitoring systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in neonatal or pediatric ICU settings
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, ATLS, or PALS
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Prior experience in a hospital or critical care environment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- At least 2 years of critical care experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Prior experience working within Major Medical Centers or specialized ICU units
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must hold or be eligible for appropriate state licensure and certifications
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and continuing education
